上課規範

為維護專業學習品質與國際芳療教育標準，所有學員須共同遵守以下規定：

一、出席與學習時數

學員須準時出席並完成每日簽到。

課程出席時數須符合認證規定比例，方可取得結業資格。

遲到、早退或缺席之累計時數，將列入課程完成評估。

二、請假與補課制度

如因不可抗力因素需請假，請提前通知授課講師或行政單位。

缺課學員須依學院規定完成補課、補交作業或指定學習內容。

三、證書與認證資格

學員須完成：

i. 課程時數50小時

ii. 案例紀錄5份

iii. 課程評量測驗筆試85分(含)以上

2. 經審核通過後，方可取得結業證書並申請相關認證。

三、課程報名及退款政策

美國NAHA初階芳療師證書班

i. 課程訂金3000元，尾款於開課當天收取。接受現金匯款、Line Pay、台灣Pay、信用卡分期

ii. 此課程小班教學，六人即開課，若未達開課人數則另行通知，可保留至下一梯次或全額退費。

iii. 如已達開課人數(確定開課) 在開課前15日內提出退課要求者，退還訂金80%，並額外收取訂金之3%手續費。

iv. 課程開始後，總課程數為7堂，未逾總課堂時數 2堂內，退還尾款學費之 50%，課程已逾總課堂 2堂以上，恕不退費。

四、教材與智慧財產、課程調整權利

課程教材、簡報與教學內容皆屬學院智慧財產。

未經授權不得錄音、錄影、翻印或公開分享。

學院保留依教學需求調整授課內容、講師及課程安排之權利。

NAHA Level 1 Aromatherapist Certification Program

Program Overview

Core Curriculum:
• Study of 20 single essential oils
• Foundations of aromatherapy theory and practice

Total Training Hours: 50 hours

Delivery Format:
• In-person classes

Assessment Method:
• Written examination

1. Attendance & Training Hours

Students must attend classes punctually and complete daily sign-in.
Attendance must meet the minimum hour requirement for certification eligibility.
Accumulated late arrivals, early departures, or absences will be considered in the final course completion evaluation.

2. Leave & Make-Up Policy

In the event of unavoidable circumstances, students must notify the instructor or administration in advance.
Students who miss class are required to complete make-up sessions, assignments, or designated coursework in accordance with academy policy.

3. Certification Requirements

To qualify for course completion and certification eligibility, students must complete:

• 50 training hours
• 5 documented case studies
• Final written examination with a minimum score of 85%

Upon successful review and approval, students will receive a Certificate of Completion and may apply for relevant certification.

Enrollment & Refund Policy

NAHA Level 1 Certification Program

A deposit of NT$3,000 is required upon registration.
The remaining balance is due on the first day of class.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, Line Pay, Taiwan Pay, and credit card installment plans.
Classes are conducted in small groups (minimum 6 students).
If the minimum enrollment is not met, students will be notified and may either:
• Transfer to the next session
• Receive a full refund
If the minimum enrollment has been met and the course is confirmed, cancellation within 15 days prior to the start date will result in:
• 80% refund of the deposit
• A 3% administrative processing fee deducted from the deposit
After the course begins (total of 7 sessions):
• Withdrawal within the first 2 sessions: 50% of the remaining tuition will be refunded
• Withdrawal after more than 2 sessions: No refund will be issued
