Course Registration & Refund Policy
一、報名與訂金規定
1. Enrollment & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of NTD 3,000 is required to secure a student's enrollment in the program. The remaining tuition balance is due on the first day of class unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, Line Pay, Taiwan Pay, and credit card installment payments. Enrollment is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
報名本課程需繳交訂金新台幣 3,000 元，以保留學員名額。尾款須於開課當日繳清，除非 另有書面約定。本課程接受銀行匯款、現金、Line Pay、台灣 Pay 及信用卡分期付款。完 成訂金繳納後，始視為正式完成報名程序。

二、最低開班人數規定
2. Minimum Enrollment Requirement
This course is conducted in a small-group format to ensure educational quality. A minimum of six (6) enrolled students is required to open the class. If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, students will be notified prior to the course start date and may choose one of the following options: • Transfer enrollment to the next available session, or • Receive a full refund of all payments made.
本課程採小班制教學，以確保教學品質。每梯次須達六（6）人方可開課。 若未達最低開班人數，主辦單位將於開課前通知學員，學員可選擇： • 保留名額至下一梯次課程，或申請全額退還已繳費用。

三、開課前取消與退課規定
3. Cancellation & Withdrawal Before Course Start
If the course has been officially confirmed (minimum enrollment met) and a student submits a written request to withdraw within fifteen (15) days prior to the course start date:
• 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
• A 3% administrative processing fee (based on the deposit amount) will be deducted.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channel.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
課程已達開班人數並確認開課後，如學員於開課前十五（15）日內提出退課申請：
• 訂金退還 80%。
• 並扣除訂金金額之 3% 作為行政處理費。
所有退課申請須以書面方式提出（電子郵件或官方聯絡管道）。 核准後之退款將於14個工作天內完成。

四、課程開始後退課規定
4. Withdrawal After Course Commencement
The total program consists of seven (7) sessions.
• If a student withdraws before completing two (2) sessions, 50% of the remaining tuition balance will be refunded.
• If more than two (2) sessions have been completed,
no refunds will be issued. No partial refunds will be granted for missed classes.
本課程共七（7）堂課。
• 若於未超過兩（2）堂課時提出退課，退還尾款學費之 50%。
• 課程超過兩（2）堂後，恕不退費。 已缺席之課程不另行退費或折抵。

五、其他說明
5. General Policy
All administrative fees are non-refundable. Failure to attend class does not constitute formal withdrawal. Students must submit written notification to officially withdraw from the program.
所有行政處理費用恕不退還。未出席課程不視為正式退課。學員須以書面方式提出申請， 方視為正式完成退課程序。
